Todd Cassetty is the founder and president of Hi-Fi Fusion, a new media marketing firm specializing in the promotion of recorded product and recording artists using the ‘Net, e-mail, streaming media, Enhanced CD’s, DVD’s and other forms of new media. Hi-Fi Fusion has carved out a niche by integrating new media marketing with more traditional marketing media such as radio and video. In four years, Hi-Fi Fusion has built a client list that includes every major record company and projects from artists like Tim McGraw, Garth Brooks, Toby Keith, Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney, Shania Twain, Rascal Flatts, Steven Curtis Chapman and the Dixie Chicks.
After receiving his MBA in 1992, Todd worked in programming at small market radio stations WCVQ and WABD in Clarksville, TN, was sales manager for Country Radio Seminar, a promotion rep for Warner/Reprise Records and worked for Gaylord Entertainment’s Internet start-up managing a country music website called MusicCountry.com. After surviving Gaylord’s version of the “dot bomb”, he started Hi-Fi Fusion in late 2000. Todd has also recently co-founded a streaming media and encoding company called Netwurk.
