CSU LIVE!

After your first day of intense class work, and you and your peers have rated each others’ performances in Group Therapy, we’re going to head over to Douglas Corner Café for CSU Live!  If your performance was rated the highest in your group during Group Therapy, you’ll perform live to tracks, or with your guitar or a piano (we’ll provide a piano), and you’ll go head-to-head with the other Group Therapy winners.  All CSU attendees will rate your performance at CSU Live, and the performer with the highest score at the end of the night will receive an amazing prize package of musical equipment provided by our sponsors.  We’ll announce the winners at the end of CSU Day 2 during our CS You! Open Discussion.

Okay, you’ve made it through 2 intense days of learning how the business of becoming a country star really works, you’re exhausted and hungry, and you’re feeling like you just got off a runaway roller coaster of emotions.  Still want to be a star?  We thought so…

It’s time to come on out to Douglas Corner Cafe and relax!  We’ve invited some of our super-successful friends to come out, play you a few songs, and tell their rags-to-riches stories.  They’ll tell you in their own words just how long it took them to reap the rewards of their hard work, the pain of slammed doors, the sting of the word “no,” and the joy of finally making it big!
