PANELISTS AND MODERATORS - Country Star University panelists and moderators are subject to change. In the event that a panelist or moderator is unable to perform his or her duties as described in Country Star University advertisements, Country Star University will make its best effort to secure a substitute moderator or panelist of equal or greater status in the specific area of the subject matter to be covered by the originally scheduled moderator or panelist.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND - Registration fees collected by Country Star University are non-refundable. In the event that a paid registrant encounters an emergency or other extenuating circumstance that prohibits him/her from attending Country Star University, Country Star University will make every effort to accommodate the specific situation. All requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Country Star University. Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted as soon as possible via e-mail at jeff@countrystaru.com or by mail to Country Star University, 1815 Division Street, Ste. 305, Nashville, TN 37203.
SONG SUBMISSIONS - All materials submitted to Country Star University for consideration for use in Song School or Country Star U Open Mic Night will not be returned. Country Star University is not responsible for, and assumes no liability or ownership for intellectual property or copyrights of materials submitted.
REGISTRATION RESTRICTIONS - There is no minimum or maximum age limit for Country Star University registration. Country Star University does not discriminate against registrants of any race, sex, creed, age, disability, religion or other minority. All registrants under the age of 18 must remit form provided by Country Star University, signed by legal parent or guardian, holding Country Star University harmless from any and all liability. Minor registrants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all evening events, and parent or guardian assume all responsibility for supervision of minor registrants.
EVENT CANCELLATION - In the unlikely event that Country Star University events are re-scheduled or cancelled due to acts of God including fire or weather-related causes beyond the control of Country Star University, Country Star University will make its best effort to secure a suitable alternate venue. In the event that a suitable alternate venue can not be secured, Country Star University will attempt to re-schedule events at a later date. If Country Star University events must be re-scheduled, all paid registrations will be honored. In the event that a registrant is unable to attend the re-scheduled event, requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed by Country Star University.
